Return Policy 

703 Hockey accepts returns within 30 days, extendable for holiday purchases. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned at the customer's shipping cost with tracking. Refunds cover item costs only, excluding original shipping. Exceptions include customized, limited edition, and final sale items, as well as gift cards. Items bought from third-party retailers must be returned at the original purchase location. To start a return, contact: [email protected]. 

The Rules

• Your items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in the condition they were received.
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• You MUST provide tracking details, as the company isn't liable for any lost or stolen return packages. This is our only record of receipt. 
• You will only be reimbursed for the item(s) returned. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. 

Steps for Returns

• Email us at [email protected] with your full name, order number, and details of the item you'd like to return.
• If your return request is approved, we’ll email you the return shipping address
• Carefully package the item and ship it back to the address provided. Remember, return shipping costs are your responsibility, and you must include tracking information.
• Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund and notify you by email.
• The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method. Note that bank processing times vary, so it may take additional days for the refund to appear in your account.

Specific Product Exclusions and Disclaimers

All Custom Orders or any other custom items sales are FINAL. No refunds/exchanges will be issued.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return/refund:

• Customized items
• Limited edition items
• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Products obtained through an authorized 703 Hockey retailer should be brought back to the original point of purchase for returns.

Shipping and Delivery 

All orders will be shipped by (Regular Post Mail) USPS or by (Ground, Express or Next Day) UPS in the United States ONLY unless otherwise expressed in writing to (703 website) and their employees. 

Partial Shipping: Some products that are ordered together may ship separately.

Please Note: We make every effort to guarantee ship dates on our products. However, delays on the part of UPS/FEDEX/USPS, ETC can sometimes occur (weather or aircraft issues) which are out of our control. We cannot be held responsible for such delays.

Sales Tax

703 Hockey charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
